 Through weekly occurring classes, one off special events and everything in between we offer a wide array of class types and styles all with the goal of improving and maintaining your physical and mental well being.   • Yoga with Lori Black at Danville Tennis Center - 9am to 10:15am - 900 Lincoln Park Ave, Danville.  Open to the public - no membership needed!  Ideal for beginners as well as those with experience.   Tuition: CASH ONLY $13 per class.   Monthly deal : $45 for 4 classes.  Cash only please.   What to bring:  yoga mat, blanket, water.
  • DDP Yoga with Jeremy Shumate at Fierce Body Yoga studio - 6pm to 7pm - 11647 Kickapoo Park Rd, Oakwood. No reservation required. DDP Yoga combines yoga with sports rehab techniques, calisthenics, cardio and isometrics for a complete workout strengthening your muscles, ligaments and tendons and increasing your flexibility.  $10 per class, 1st timers are free. Class passes available at www.fiercebodyyoga.com, bring your mat, water and heart rate monitor if you one.

  • Yoga with Linda Luke at Sleepy Creek Vineyards - 6pm to 7pm - 8254 E 1425 North Rd, Fairmount. No reservation required.

  • All-levels with Steph Stephenson at Two Roads Wellness Clinic - 10am to 11am -  3545 N Vermilion St, Danville .
  • Barre with Merrit Spicer at  Roselawn Fitness Center - 9:00am to 10:00am - 302 W. Roselawn St, Danville IL.   Barre is a fusion of Pilates, Yoga and strength training.  It is very prop driven and moves quickly.  Classes are 50 minutes in length and taught by Merrit and Alyssa, who are both certified instructors.  Bring your own yoga mat and join us.  All props are included in your class fee of $15 Register at SignUpGenius.
